Frequently asked questions.
KanvasOS is being built as the marketing operating system for small and medium-sized teams. These answers explain the product, pricing, trial and current roadmap.
Product
KanvasOS is a workspace for internal marketing teams. It helps you plan campaigns, assign work, track channel activity, store brand assets, manage audience lists and create reports from one place.
No. It includes tasks and calendars, but the product is organised around marketing workflows: campaigns, channels, reports, brand assets, goals, approvals and activity history.
The first target market is small and medium-sized businesses with 1-10 marketing users: founders, marketing managers, marketing executives and operations managers.
Agency workflows exist in the product foundation, but the launch focus is internal marketing teams. Agencies may become a future market once the core product is mature.
Trial and pricing
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Founding 50 partners receive the same trial, a guided onboarding call, locked pricing, direct founder access, a request portal and priority feedback on what gets built next.
The app supports a no-card trial flow. Stripe checkout is also supported for users who want to set payment up immediately.
Starter is £49/month for 1 user. Growth is £79/month for up to 3 users. Scale is £129/month for up to 10 users. Founding 50 partners can lock Growth at £49/month or Scale at £99/month after their 14-day trial.
No. The promise is simple: if you join as a Founding 50 partner and continue after the trial, your founding monthly rate is locked for that workspace.
Features
KanvasOS includes the channel dashboard, campaigns, audience lists, cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, social planning, tasks, reporting and Kanvas AI. The Audience Directory supports the channels in the background, but the product is focused on managing marketing work, not becoming another CRM.
Kanvas is designed to understand the current page and help with campaign planning, subject lines, reports, task thinking and workflow questions. It will become more context-aware as modules mature.
Yes. The integration hub is designed for tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta, Buffer, Canva, Google Drive, WordPress, Webflow, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Teams, Asana and Trello. Some are available now, while others can be requested through the product portal.
Yes. Early users can book a guided demo. Founding 50 partners get founder-led onboarding and a direct request channel for feedback, integrations and bespoke workflow ideas.
Security and data
Yes. Customer data is workspace-specific. API keys are encrypted at rest. Production deployment will use Railway environment variables for secrets and PostgreSQL for the database.
Audience lists and enrichment outputs can be exported. More workspace-level export tools will be added as the product moves toward launch.
