FAQ
Common questions about Nomad OS and the Nomad Enrich module.
Rows & pricing
Standard research uses 1 row from your monthly allowance. Force Deep mode, which runs extra web searches, uses 2 rows.
For now, plans add a fresh monthly row allowance. We can add rollover or overage packs later once real usage is clearer.
If a row fails entirely, no credit is deducted. Partial results (where some fields were filled but not all) still consume a credit.
Reach out via the contact form within 14 days of purchase and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
Enrichment & data
Nomad OS is becoming a workspace for direct outreach teams. The first working module is Nomad Enrich: you set up a business profile, upload a CSV, and it researches each company through the lens of what you sell. It adds outbound context, writes a personalised hook, creates a service-relevance bridge line, scores the row, and creates a reusable campaign strategy PDF.
Your business profile tells Nomad Enrich what you sell, who you sell to, what problems you solve, and which prospect signals matter. You can generate it from your website during onboarding and edit it under Account.
The personalised hook is the prospect-specific opener. The hook bridge is the next line that connects that fact to your service, for example: “At that kind of scale, keeping audits consistent across sites gets hard quickly.”
Your CSV must include a website/domain column. The default column name is
website, but you can change it on the dashboard. Company name, industry, title and location columns are strongly recommended for better research. You can also download an example CSV from the dashboard.Auto mode researches the company website first and only uses deeper web research when confidence is low. Force Deep always runs the deeper research pass, so it uses more of the monthly row allowance.
After enrichment we run automated quality checks on every row. The
qa_flag column is pass, review, or fail. The qa_note column explains any issues — e.g. a hook flagged as generic, a stale signal, or no source URL.Each row gets an A/B/C/D score. A means ready to use, B means usable but worth reviewing, C means weak/review carefully, and D means likely wrong company or not suitable. The dashboard also shows an overall score when a run finishes.
Auto mode starts with the company website and can use deeper web research when confidence is low. Force Deep always uses deeper research. Signals older than 18 months are flagged in QA.
Account & security
We store your enriched output so you can re-download it from the dashboard. Raw uploaded CSVs are not retained beyond the processing run.
